Location: Sheraton, Cairo

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor product costing and manufacturing costs.

• Calculate and review standard and actual product costs.

• Analyze direct and indirect production costs and investigate cost variances.

• Monitor raw material consumption, labor costs, and manufacturing overheads.

• Prepare periodic cost reports and provide detailed variance analysis.

• Review production orders and ensure accurate allocation of manufacturing costs.

• Monitor inventory movements and ensure accurate inventory valuation.

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure the accuracy of cost-related data.• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.

• Analyze product profitability and provide cost insights to support management decisions.

• Identify cost variances and opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

• Ensure the accuracy of cost accounting records and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting, with solid experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong practical experience in Product Costing, Standard Costing, and Variance Analysis.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production cost components.

• Experience in raw materials, BOMs, production orders, WIP, and finished goods costing.• Strong knowledge of inventory costing and valuation.

• Experience in preparing and analyzing cost reports and manufacturing variances.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights clearly.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
