Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead our marketing activities across both Digital and Traditional Marketing.

The ideal candidate should have strong marketing experience and a good understanding of the technology and IT industry, with the ability to market and communicate complex solutions in a simple and effective way.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.

• Manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant channels.

• Develop marketing strategies and content for our SAP ERP and technology solutions.

• Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to generate and nurture qualified B2B leads.

• Manage social media platforms, website content, email marketing, and other digital channels.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

• Plan and execute offline marketing activities, events, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional campaigns.

• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and marketing partners.

• Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.

• Prepare marketing reports and provide recommendations based on performance and market insights.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B, Technology, IT, ERP, or Software companies.

• Strong experience in both Digital and Traditional Marketing.

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.

• Good understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation.

• Good understanding of the technology/IT industry and the ability to understand and market technical products and services.

• Knowledge of SAP, ERP solutions, SaaS, or digital transformation is highly preferred.

• Ability to work closely with Sales and Business Development teams.

• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Very good command of English.
