- 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM

Role Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented Medical Biller to manage insurance claims, payments, and follow-ups in our billing department a role critical to ensuring timely reimbursements.
- No prior experience is required — however, researching RCM before the interview is encouraged
- If you already have experience in billing or healthcare admin, it's a strong plus
Key Responsibilities
- Submit and track insurance claims accurately using billing software
- Verify patient eligibility and process payments and deposits
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding claim status, denials, and appeals
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, coding standards (ICD-10, CPT), and clinic protocols
- Collaborate with providers to optimize billing efficiency and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Very good English (B2+), with basic medical terminology (training provided)
- Good Excel skills. comfortable tracking claims and reports in spreadsheets
- Quick learner with new software and billing portals
- Strong research skills. resourceful in looking up codes, policies, and updates
- Sharp attention to detail, able to spot errors that could lead to denials
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; ease with outbound calls is a plus
