Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for English Speakers at B2 level working night shifts. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions in English, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products or services. Team members will document interactions in company systems, follow defined procedures, and escalate complex cases when needed. The role also includes meeting performance targets such as response time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction metrics, while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies. Training will be provided, and ongoing coaching will support continuous improvement and career development within TP.
Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level), including clear speaking, active listening, and accurate written communication.
• Customer service capabilities such as empathy, patience, problem-solving, and the ability to manage difficult or complex interactions.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems, CRM tools, and digital platforms simultaneously.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle night shifts, meet deadlines, and manage workload efficiently.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in communications, business, or related fields is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer support, contact centers, or digital business services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work rotational night shifts, follow company guidelines, and participate in ongoing training and development.
