About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Back Office Agent to join our Dubai Account team in Abbasia, Cairo. In this role, you will handle outbound calls and email correspondence, supporting business operations and ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to follow up on pending matters and gather required information.
• Manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Process and maintain documentation, data entry, and record‑keeping tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding items.
• Support the team with various administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• English proficiency at B1+ level or above.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, target‑driven environment.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
• No prior experience required; graduates are encouraged to apply.
