Role Description The Senior Agent resale real estate (District 5) role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The role involves managing resale property transactions in the District 5 area, including listing properties, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions and pricing. The Senior Agent will coordinate negotiations between buyers and sellers, prepare and review necessary documentation, and ensure all transactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations. The role also includes maintaining a strong network of clients, tracking leads, and providing ongoing support to clients to help them make informed real estate decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential resale real estate, preferably in New Cairo or similar markets.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities, with a track record of closing deals.
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations, market trends, and property valuation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, property listing platforms, and basic office software.
• Ability to work on-site in District 5, manage multiple property listings, and handle field visits and meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a safe and transparent property transaction experience.
