EGXPRESS Licensee of FedEx is seeking a Purchasing Agent to join our company.

Responsibilities:

• Research potential vendors and suppliers, Evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure the quality of goods and timely delivery.
• Manage and review service & leasing contracts.
• Manage purchase orders from requisition to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery, Review the quality of purchased products and address any discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate to ensure proper storage of goods.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices through Microsoft System.
• Enter order details into internal databases.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Prepare and present procurement reports and analyses to management.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facility, including AC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Manage space allocation and layout planning, coordinating office moves and adjustments to meet the evolving needs of the organization with collaboration with HRD.
• Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, and parking lots

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration and procurement roles.
• Proficiency skills in keyboarding and file maintenance
• Knowledge of bidding and purchasing procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Good Sourcing and Networking Skills.
