Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in New Cairo and is designed for English speakers at a B2 level who are able to work night shifts. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, responding to inquiries, and providing clear, accurate information in English. The role involves following established processes, updating customer records, and escalating issues when necessary to ensure high-quality service. Team members are expected to meet performance and quality targets, adhere to security and confidentiality guidelines, and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors. Flexibility, professionalism, and consistent attendance during night shifts are essential to support continuous operations.
Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level), with clear spoken and written abilities.
• Customer service and call-handling skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and accurately input data.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle night shift schedules and maintain productivity.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and commit to full-time night shift hours.
• Previous experience in customer support, contact centers, or related roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in languages, business, or communication is a plus.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
