Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an English Customer Services Account (Android account / Grads - C1). The role involves handling incoming customer inquiries in English, providing accurate information, and resolving issues related to Android products and services. Daily tasks include responding to customers via phone, chat, or email, troubleshooting basic technical problems, and documenting interactions using internal systems. The team member will follow established procedures, meet quality and productivity targets, and escalate complex cases when needed. The role also includes participating in ongoing training, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and contributing to a positive, professional customer experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally in English at a C1 level.
• Candidates should possess English Teaching and Training skills, or demonstrate the ability to learn and support knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Candidates should possess Translation and language-support skills to help clarify information and ensure customer understanding when needed.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, basic technical aptitude for Android devices and apps, and attention to detail in following procedures.
• Candidates should possess good time management, adaptability to shift work, and a customer-centric mindset focused on empathy and service quality.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, along with previous experience in customer service or contact center roles, is beneficial.
