Position:General Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a General Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. If you have a strong accounting background and hands-on experience with accounting systems, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Handle journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reports, and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in resolving audit findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a General Accounting role.
  Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Oracle ERP systems.
  Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit processes.
  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
