• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

• Content Strategy & Creation: Develop content plans and calendars, write engaging Arabic captions, and create content tailored to different audiences and platforms.

• Video Production & Editing: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit professional short-form videos, Reels, and Shorts using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and AI-powered content creation tools.

• Photography & Visual Design: Produce and edit product, corporate, lifestyle, and event photography using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

• Paid Advertising: Set up, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns, test different audiences and creatives, and improve campaign performance and ROI.

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate qualified leads through organic content, paid advertising, and online communities, focusing on measurable business results.

• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor engagement, reach, leads, cost per lead, and conversion rates; analyze performance data and prepare regular reports.

• Audience & Market Research: Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, advertising policies, competitor activities, and audience feedback to improve content and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.

• Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.

• Experience using AI tools for content creation, video production, scripts, visuals or voiceovers.

• Video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.

• Experience creating Reels, TikTok and other short-form video content.

• Good understanding of Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram advertising.

• Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.

• Ability to create and test different marketing creatives.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

• Previous experience generating leads through social media .

Portfolio or examples of previous social media/video work are required.

• Strong copywriting, creativity, and storytelling skills.

• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
