We’re Hiring: Sales Specialist | Flora Decorations – Al Mosky, Cairo
We’re a new decoration store opening in Al Mosky, Cairo. We’re looking for a sharp, confident Sales Specialist to join our team as we prepare to open our doors.
What you’ll do:
Welcome walk-in customers and help them find what they need
Explain our products and recommend the right items
Close sales and meet sales targets
Handle customer inquiries and orders through social media and WhatsApp
Follow up with customers and build repeat business
Arrange product displays and keep the sales floor organized
Handle payments and the cash register / POS
Track stock and report on sales
Help prepare the store for its opening
Who we’re looking for:
3 to 5 years of solid sales experience
Strong social media sales skills (required)
Retail background is a plus
We’re not considering F&B or real estate backgrounds for this role
Presentable, with a professional appearance
Smart, sharp, and quick to understand
Talkative and confident, comfortable approaching and engaging customers
Excellent sales and persuasion skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ready to start work

Location: Al Mosky, Cairo
On-site, indoors
9-hour shift
Commissions
