Role Description
Innovative Work Solutions (IWS) is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Documentation Specialist to support healthcare operations by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The role involves documenting patient encounters, organizing medical records, updating electronic systems, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clinical information. The specialist will collaborate with healthcare and operational teams to resolve documentation discrepancies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Work Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt
Work Arrangement: Full-Time, Onsite
Qualifications
- Education: Graduates of Medicine or Pharmacy only.
- English Proficiency: B1 level or above.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling medical information.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical documentation.
- Ability to review records, identify inconsistencies, and maintain data accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to work with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or similar systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and meet documentation deadlines.
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare support, or medical documentation is required.
