Role Description The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that align with iTalent Academy’s strategic goals and learners’ needs. This full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt includes managing the training lifecycle, from needs analysis and curriculum development to delivery and evaluation of learning outcomes. The role involves coordinating with subject matter experts and trainers, optimizing learning management systems, and ensuring training materials are practical, current, and engaging. The manager will monitor program performance, collect feedback, and use data to continuously improve course content and instructional methods. Additional responsibilities include supporting leadership and professional development initiatives, managing training schedules and budgets, and contributing to partnerships that enhance the academy’s offerings.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development and Learning Management to design, implement, and oversee effective learning programs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training and Instructional Design to create practical, engaging, and outcomes-focused training content.
• Candidates should possess experience in Leadership Development to support career growth and strengthen the capabilities of trainers and team members.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in L&D or instructional design are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze training needs, measure learning impact, and use data to improve programs; strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with learning management systems and digital learning tools; familiarity with professional training in areas such as HR, finance, technology, or soft skills is beneficial.
