Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Obour. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including identifying hiring needs, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The Recruitment Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support onboarding and training processes. Daily tasks include maintaining recruitment records, using recruitment tools and platforms, and providing regular updates on hiring progress. The role also contributes to employer branding initiatives and supports continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Hiring and Recruiting for a range of roles and levels.
• Strong Interviewing abilities and effective Communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Training and onboarding activities for new team members.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Obour and collaborate across departments.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar HR role is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
