Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description and responsibilities:

• Source and reach out to talent and ensure they’re a good fit for the company. In addition, they can help potential employees negotiate and even follow up after being hired to ensure things are going well.
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Network with potential hires through social media and recruitment platforms
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Interview and select the best candidates
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment field (Construction experience is highly preferred)
• Ability to work with under extreme uncertainty and deal with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like Facebook, LinkedIn, google websites … etc.
• Excellent English level
