Teleperformance Egypt is hiring English-speaking Support Agents to join our support teams in New Cairo.


This role is ideal for graduates who are interested in structured learning, and stable income with additional performance rewards.


Job Details

• Location: New Cairo, Egypt

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Work Schedule: Rotational shifts & days off


Compensation & Benefits

• Net salary up to 20,500 EGP (including KPIs)

• Paid training

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through solutions in a clear and professional manner

• Meet quality and performance KPIs


Requirements

• University graduates only

• English proficiency B2 or above

• Strong communication skills
