Point of Sale (POS) Maintenance Specialist, involving the maintenance and installation of POS systems, providing technical support to users, and resolving technical issues. Job Tasks: Performing software updates for new electronic payment machines before they are released to the market to ensure they operate without difficulties. Receiving devices from supervisors via the warehouse and evaluating their technical condition, whether they are returns or require maintenance. Providing technical support to users and resolving technical issues. Monitoring performance reports and providing the necessary analyses to improve the efficiency of POS systems.
