• Lead, coach and schedule the QA team (inspectors, lab and quality technicians), and monitor their performance against targets.

• Implement and follow up quality control plans, inspection procedures and quality checkpoints across production stages.

• Monitor product quality indicators such as defect rates, first-pass yield, rework and customer returns, and report them to the QA Manager.

• Investigate quality deviations and customer complaints, lead root-cause analysis and follow up corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) until closure.

• Coordinate with production, planning, maintenance and supply chain to resolve quality issues quickly.

• Coordinate laboratory testing, maintain test reports, and verify that materials and finished goods meet specifications.

• Follow up supplier and raw-material quality, including certificates, test results and non-conformance actions.

• Prepare for and participate in internal, customer and certification audits, and track audit findings to closure.

• Maintain quality documentation, procedures and records in line with ISO management systems.

• Support customer quality requirements, questionnaires, approvals and quality-related submissions.

• Promote a quality culture through training and awareness on standards, procedures and good practices.

• Escalate recurring or high-risk quality issues and propose improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in textile or carpet manufacturing.

• Previous experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with audits, documentation and corrective action follow-up.

• Good understanding of textile manufacturing processes.
