Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Answer customer phone calls professionally and provide accurate information.

• Process and confirm customer orders with accuracy.

• Coordinate and follow up on shipments with shipping companies until successful delivery.

• Handle shipping issues, returns, and customer complaints efficiently.

• Update order status and keep customers informed throughout the process.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Moderation and Order Fulfillment.

• Good command of English

• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
