Overview

We are looking for a highly professional and organized Chinese Translator & Executive Assistant to work closely with the company’s Manager Director in a fast-paced E-commerce environment.

Job Description

Provide accurate Chinese Arabic/English translation and interpretation during meetings, discussions, and business activities.

• Accompany the Manager Director during his daily business activities inside and outside the company.

• Act as a communication bridge between the Manager Director and employees, clients, partners, and external parties.

• Handle administrative tasks, follow-ups, appointments, meetings, and daily arrangements.

• Support the Manager Director in communication and coordination with Chinese-speaking individuals and business partners.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.

• Work according to the Manager Director’s schedule, with flexibility when business requirements change.

• Days off and vacations will be aligned with the Manager Director’s schedule.

• Must be flexible and able to accompany the Manager Director when required, including during business trips or travel.

Requirements

• Male, 25 years or above.

• Excellent command of Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent translation and interpretation skills.

• Previous experience in administrative work is required.

• Previous experience as a Chinese Translator, Interpreter, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant is preferred.

• Experience working directly with senior management or executives is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

• Professional appearance, high level of responsibility, and confidentiality.

• High flexibility with working hours and business movements.

• E-commerce experience is a plus.
