We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with at least five years of hands-on experience to lead and grow our marketing function. You'll own our marketing strategy end to end, from brand positioning and go-to-market planning to demand generation and performance measurement, building awareness with event organizers, venues, and ticket buyers. Working closely with the founders, Product, and Sales in a fast-paced environment, your work will directly shape how KNOT is known in the market and how quickly we grow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that delivered measurable growth

• Strong experience with B2B marketing, demand generation, and working closely with Sales to drive pipeline

• Hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns and marketing budgets

• Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar to measure and optimize performance

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with a strong eye for brand and design quality

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Arabic

• Self-starter with strong project management skills who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
