• Key Responsibilities
  
  Payroll
  

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Manage attendance, overtime, deductions, incentives, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments.

• Review payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy before finalizing payroll.

• Handle payroll calculations, settlements, and final payments for employees leaving the company.

• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data with Finance.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee salary information.

• Utilize Odoo HR and Payroll modules for payroll processing and reporting.
  
  Personnel
  

• Manage employee files, contracts, and personnel documentation.

• Handle hiring documentation, employment contracts, renewals, and employee status changes.

• Process social insurance registrations, modifications, and terminations.

• Manage employee onboarding, resignations, clearances, and final settlements.

• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and applicable social insurance regulations.

• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.

• Handle required personnel forms and documentation for labor office inspections.

• Prepare personnel reports and ensure all employee records are up to date.
  
  

Requirements

• Job Requirements
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in payroll and personnel administration.

• Hands-on experience using Odoo is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance procedures.

• Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, attendance systems, and employee records.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
