Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll, including salaries, allocations, bonuses, deductions, salary increases, retroactive payments, and final settlements.
• Maintain and update employee payroll, bank account, and social insurance information, including joiners, leavers, and employee status changes.
• Prepare and validate payroll payment files, bank funding requirements, and employee payment confirmations.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, Finance, AR, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs and approvals.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, headcount movements, and monthly turnover analysis.
• Prepare payroll journals, closing reports, and supporting schedules for Finance.
• Support payroll-related billing and allocation analysis with the Accounts Receivable team.
• Ensure payroll data accuracy, proper documentation, confidentiality, and compliance with internal controls and applicable requirements.
• Respond to and resolve payroll-related discrepancies and employee queries in a timely manner.
