Qualifications

* Plan and develop training programs.

* Implement training courses according to the training schedule.

* Maintain records of all training programs.

* Maintain data on the department’s training achievements.

* Facilitate trainers’ tasks by providing all necessary facilities and available resources.

* Confirm trainers’ and trainees’ attendance before scheduled sessions.

* Review and follow up on training activities before implementation.

* Suggest improvements to ensure the continuous development of training programs and enhance training efficiency.

* Analyze training needs across different departments.

* Prepare annual training plans and programs aligned with the company’s objectives.

* Design training materials, including presentations, booklets, manuals, and practical tools, according to the nature of work in the plastics manufacturing industry.

* Conduct theoretical and practical training courses internally or in cooperation with external training providers.

* Follow up on and evaluate training outcomes and measure their impact on employee performance and productivity.

* Submit periodic reports to senior management on training program progress and development.

* Coordinate with the Human Resources Department and other departments to ensure training programs meet business requirements.
