Ecotel is looking for a Talent_Acquisition_Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

- Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and headhunting activities.

- Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

- Prepare and manage job offers, negotiations, and candidate follow-up.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and support onboarding activities.

- Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

- (2–4) years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

- Strong sourcing and headhunting experience through LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.

- HR or Talent Acquisition certifications are an advantage.

- Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Very good command of English (written and spoken).

- Very good command of Microsoft Office applications.
