Role Overview:
Join the Technical Support team with requirements to upsell some parts or devices to customers in some specific scenarios.
You’ll assist customers with technical inquiries, troubleshoot refrigerator issues, identify upsell opportunities, and provide excellent service through multiple channels.s.
Compensation & Incentives:
• Up to 21,000 EGP Net (including KPIs)
• 115 Euro (approx. 7.5K) KPIs
• 1,500 EGP Transportation Allowance
