Job Description

We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and sales-driven Sales Associate to join Dalia Safwat Atelier, specializing in luxury bridal and eveningwear. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional client experience, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to achieving the atelier’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome clients and provide a personalized, high-end shopping experience.

* Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable designs.

* Manage bridal and eveningwear appointments and follow up with prospective clients.

* Convert inquiries into sales and consistently work toward sales targets.

* Maintain relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business and referrals.

* Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels.

* Maintain accurate records of client information, appointments, orders, and sales.

* Coordinate with the design and tailoring teams to ensure smooth order execution.

* Maintain the showroom’s organization and luxury presentation.

* Handle client concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* Previous experience in sales, preferably in luxury fashion, bridalwear, or high-end retail.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

* Professional appearance and a polished manner.

* Fluency in Arabic and good English communication skills.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Confidence in working toward sales targets.

* Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and basic sales tracking.
