EHAF Consulting Engineers "Egypt Branch", a market leader in engineering consultancy, is looking for an experienced Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design Team Leader to join our team in Dokki, Giza.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design team.
- Develop and review plumbing and firefighting designs, calculations, and drawings across all design stages.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.
- Review technical specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Monitor design deliverables, deadlines, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10-12+ Years of experience in Plumbing & Firefighting Design Engineering.
- Extensive experience in plumbing and firefighting design within an "Engineering Consultancy".
- Proven experience leading and coordinating plumbing and firefighting design teams.
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Experience preparing and reviewing design calculations, drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Strong experience with Pre-Construction design stages from Pre-Concept up till IFC is a MUST.
- Proficiency in Revit is a Must and relevant engineering design software.
- Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
