Job description

Key responsibilities

• Portfolio management: Own a high-volume book of smaller-ARR accounts, prioritising your time

so every client gets the right level of attention.• Client relationships: Be the day-to-day point of contact for your clients, building positive, lasting

relationships.

• Renewal readiness: Track adoption, usage and health across your portfolio to keep accounts

renewal-ready, flagging risk early to your CSM Lead.

• Product adoption: Understand what each client needs and help them get more value from our platform.

• Scaled engagement: Run efficient check-ins, webinars and one-to-many communications to

keep a large portfolio engaged.

• Growth opportunities: Spot upsell and expansion potential and pass it to senior colleagues and

Account Managers.

• Cross-team collaboration: Work with internal teams to turn client needs into clear actions and

outcomes.

• Feedback and improvement: Capture client feedback and bring fresh ideas to improve how we

work.

What we're looking for

Essential

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisation and the ability to juggle many clients and priorities at once

• Proactive and curious, comfortable asking questions and suggesting new ideas

Nice to have

• Experience in a client-facing or team environment, through internships, placements, part-time

work or extracurricular leadership

• Exposure to marketing teams or marketing technology platforms
