A leading manufacturing company based in 10th of Ramadan City is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join its HR team.

• • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, overtime, incentives, deductions, adjustments, and final settlements.
  • Review and validate attendance records, payroll inputs, and calculations before submitting payroll for approval.
  • Calculate and verify payroll income tax, Social Insurance contributions, and other applicable deductions.
  • Ensure payroll processing complies with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare payroll reconciliations, monthly reports, and payroll cost and variance analyses.
  • Prepare salary bank transfer files and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary payments.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance to verify employee changes affecting payroll.
  • Support payroll team members, review assigned tasks, and follow up on deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and well-organized payroll records.

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and IF functions.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll and HR systems; experience with Right Soft HRMIS is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, payroll income tax, and Social Insurance regulations.
  • Experience reviewing attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave records.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to guide payroll team members and review their work when required.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle confidential information professionally.
