Role Description The Life Insurance Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The specialist will identify and engage prospective clients, assess their protection and savings needs, and recommend suitable life and takaful insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing proposals, explaining policy features and benefits, and supporting clients throughout the application and underwriting process. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with policyholders, handling inquiries and service requests, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate policy administration and compliance with Islamic Sharia principles. The Life Insurance Specialist will work toward sales targets, contribute to branch and company performance, and participate in training and market development activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales to achieve targets and grow the customer base.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance and Life/Takaful products to provide accurate guidance and compliant solutions.
• Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to understand premiums, returns, and basic financial planning concepts.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to deliver responsive, professional support and build long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage, especially in Islamic finance or takaful.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with confidence in client-facing roles.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and meet performance objectives.
