Job Responsibilities: Manage recruitment processes from advertisement to hiring. Search for candidates through recruitment websites and social media. Conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate applicants. Provide recruitment needs for hotels, restaurants, and various departments. Create a candidate database and follow up on hiring procedures. Coordinate with department managers to fill required positions. Job Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in the field of recruitment. Previous experience in hospitality and restaurant recruitment is preferred. Proficiency in using Forasna, Wuzzuf, and LinkedIn. Strong communication and interviewing skills. Ability to complete recruitment plans on time. Work Location: Cairo. Salary: Determined based on experience and competence.
