Job Responsibilities: Manage recruitment operations from advertising to hiring. Search for candidates via recruitment websites and social media. Conduct initial interviews and evaluate applicants. Meet the recruitment needs for hotels, restaurants, and various departments. Create a candidate database and follow up on hiring procedures. Coordinate with department managers to fill required positions. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment. Previous experience in hospitality and restaurant recruitment is preferred. Proficiency in using Forasna, Wuzzuf, and LinkedIn. Strong communication and interviewing skills. Ability to complete recruitment plans on schedule. Workplace: Cairo. Salary: Determined based on experience and qualifications.
