A leading consultancy firm is looking to hire talented professionals for the following position

BIM Team Leader (+9 Years of Experience)

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering ONLY (Mandatory Requirement).

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on BIM proficiency is MANDATORY (demonstrated through completed technical models and drawing packages).

Experience: Consultancy firm and major corporate experience is preferred.

Location: Maadi.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop coordinated BIM models, construction details, and technical documentation packages.

Coordinate architectural work seamlessly with MEP, Structural, and other engineering disciplines.

Resolve technical model discrepancies, conduct design reviews, and ensure project compliance.

Provide technical guidance, BIM support, and mentorship to junior team members.
