Job Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage personnel files, employee documentation, and onboarding procedures
- Follow up on attendance, leaves, and social insurance procedures
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment and Personnel
- F&B industry experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance
- Good communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills
