Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with department heads to identify current and future manpower requirements and regularly update the Manpower Plan.

* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, shortlisting, initial interviews, and candidate evaluation.

* Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, referrals, recruitment databases, and other appropriate sourcing channels.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

* Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout all stages of the recruitment process.

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline and updated database of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.

* Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and reports using Microsoft Excel.

* Monitor recruitment progress and vacancy status to ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled within the required timelines.

* Prepare periodic recruitment reports and provide management with updates on open vacancies, candidate pipelines, and recruitment status.

* Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing methods to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience.

* Strong knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and candidate follow-up.

* Good command of Microsoft Excel and recruitment reporting.

* Good command of English is preferred.

* Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.

* Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

* Ability to communicate effectively with different managerial and technical levels.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Previous recruitment experience in industrial or manufacturing companies, particularly in Steel Structures, Fuel Storage Tanks, or related engineering and manufacturing industries, is highly preferred.
