What You’ll Do
- Contact existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase conversion rates.
- Follow up regularly to understand students’ learning needs and offer personalized renewal solutions.
- Monitor students’ progress and analyze performance data to develop effective renewal strategies.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a smooth and satisfying renewal experience.

⭐ Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales or a related field.
- ️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Target-driven mindset with a positive, results-oriented approach.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on performance and commission.

Work Schedule & Location
Location:
Maadi, Cairo (On-site)
Schedule:
- Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (includes 1 hour & 15 min break)
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: Day Off
