Job Description

• Plan and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and sales objectives

• Develop and implement in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising guidelines

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper execution across all channels

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to optimize trade plans

• Manage POS materials (design, production, and distribution)

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports

• Build strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners

• Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all retail touchpoints

• Track and manage trade marketing budgets effectively

Requirements

• Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

• 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail

• Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Strong organizational and project management skills
