We're looking for professionals with strong experience in:
✔ Java 17+
✔ Spring Boot & Spring Cloud
✔ Microservices Architecture
✔ REST APIs Development
✔ Kafka or RabbitMQ
✔ Docker & Kubernetes
✔ SQL & NoSQL Databases
✔ Cloud Platforms (AWS or Azure)
✔ BPM Solutions such as Flowable, Camunda, JBPM, or similar workflow engines
The ideal candidate has:
8+ years of Java development experience
3+ years in a Technical Lead role
Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
