A company specializing in interior finishes and furniture, is seeking a Site Engineer with practical experience in residential finishing projects, specifically apartments and villas. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing projects independently, from the execution stage through to final handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Graduation year: Between 2018 and 2022.
• Proven experience in interior finishing for residential projects (apartments and villas).
• Successfully managed and executed at least 3 projects independently, covering all finishing works.
• Ability to manage and monitor up to 3 sites simultaneously.
• Possession of a private car (mandatory requirement).
• Ability to prepare and manage project schedules.
• Planning for ordering project materials and purchases in a timely manner.
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors (whether company-affiliated or personally sourced).
• Supervising site supervisors, organizing work schedules, distributing tasks, and following up on execution.
• Ability to manage the project as a whole, with strong control over time, quality, and cost.
• Practical understanding of how to achieve high-quality finishes within tight schedules and controlled costs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills on-site.
• Following up on all interior finishing works until final handover.
• Possessing high leadership and organizational skills, with a sense of responsibility and the ability to follow up closely.
• Passion for continuous learning and development, and a genuine desire for professional growth and taking on greater responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who:

Thinks beyond just following up on execution; we need someone with a 'project management' mindset, capable of leading the site, managing work teams and subcontractors, planning work, coordinating purchases, and maintaining control over time, quality, and cost until the project is completed.

Location: Zayed and October.
Employment Type: Full-time – Site-based.
