We are seeking an energetic and target-driven English Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team immediately! In this role, you will lead high-volume (mass) recruitment campaigns, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various English-speaking accounts/roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume sourcing and screening for mass recruitment needs.
• Assess candidates' English language proficiency and suitability for open roles.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, managing candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Coordinate with team leaders and hiring managers to meet hiring targets on time.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and candidate experience from initial call to day one.

Requirements:

• English Level: B1+ (Good/Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English).
• Experience: Previous recruitment, mass hiring, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Work Setup: 100% On-site
• Availability: Immediate joiners required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
