Recruitment Specialist – Remote | NX Media
About the Role
NX Media is looking for motivated and organized Recruitment Specialists to help us build a talented team of Video Editors and DM Marketers. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and helping us hire qualified people.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and recruit skilled Video Editors for short-form and long-form video editing.
- Recruit DM Marketers who can contact potential clients and marketing agencies.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and recruitment groups.
- Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
- Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and suitability for each role.
- Maintain an organized database of applicants and recruitment progress.
- Coordinate with the management team to meet hiring targets.
- Submit regular reports on candidates sourced, interviewed, and hired.
