Duties and Responsibilities
Install and configure computers, software, printers, and scanners.
Monitor and maintain operating systems, local networks, and internet connectivity.
Respond promptly to technical support requests and prioritize issues to ensure business continuity.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues.
Create new user accounts and configure access permissions based on management approval.
Diagnose equipment faults, perform repairs, and coordinate maintenance or replacement when necessary.
Monitor data backups and keep security software up to date to protect company information.
Test new hardware and software to ensure compatibility with business requirements.
Guide employees on the proper and secure use of IT equipment and systems.
Document technical issues and resolutions, and coordinate with external IT service providers.
Qualifications and Requirements

A relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Practical experience in IT support, computer maintenance, and networking.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and network printer configuration.
Knowledge of information security fundamentals, data backups, and user access management.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical instructions clearly to non-technical users.
Attention to detail, effective prioritization, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
