Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through chat and provide professional support.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow company policies and customer service procedures.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain high-quality service and response standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Chat Support is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
• Willingness to work on shifts.
