10 Online Sales Representatives to work at an e-commerce company specializing in clothing, to be based at the company headquarters in Heliopolis. Duties: Respond to customer inquiries and close orders via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and telephone. Persuade customers, convert conversations into confirmed orders, and meet targets. Record orders and customer data on the system accurately and quickly. Follow up with customers after ordering to ensure receipt and customer satisfaction. Requirements: University degree, age between 23 and 27 years (for both genders). Previous experience in online sales in e-commerce companies, preferably in the clothing sector. Strong sales and persuasion skills, articulate in speech, and a professional appearance. Fast typing skills on computer and mobile. Residing near Heliopolis is preferred. Additional advantage: Experience working in the Saudi market and proficiency in the Saudi dialect. Job Details: Full-time - two shifts (morning and evening). Work from the office: Heliopolis - Al-Horreya Street - Oscar Square - Cairo. Salary from 7,000 to 10,000 EGP.
