Responsibilities

· Oversee all company bank accounts and monitor daily balances.

· Prepare, review, and approve Bank Reconciliations, ensuring that all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

· Review and record all banking transactions accurately in the accounting system.

· Monitor local and international bank transfers and ensure they are executed in accordance with company financial policies.

· Monitor credit facilities, loans, and credit limits in coordination with banking institutions.

· Review bank interest, commissions, and banking charges to ensure their accuracy.

· Prepare periodic reports on bank balances, cash flow, and bank interest.

· Monitor bank guarantees and letters of credit, coordinating with the relevant departments when required.

· Maintain direct communication with banks regarding accounts, credit facilities, banking authorizations, and banking services.

· Prepare Cash Flow Forecasts in collaboration with the Finance Department.

· Support the Finance Department in managing cash liquidity and optimizing the utilization of excess cash.

· Review accounting entries related to banking transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Assist in the preparation of financial statements related to banking activities.

· Support internal and external audit processes by providing the required banking documentation.

· Recommend improvements to banking procedures and internal control processes.

· Provide technical guidance and supervision to Bank Accountants and Treasury Accountants (where applicable).

· Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Requirement

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in Banking Accounting, Treasury, or Financial Accounting.

· Preferred Experience in the automotive industry .

· Advanced experience in preparing and reviewing Bank Reconciliations.

· Experience in managing corporate bank accounts and maintaining direct relationships with banks.

· Strong knowledge of credit facilities, loans, bank interest, and banking commissions.

· Experience with local and international bank transfers and cash liquidity management.

· Good understanding of Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit (LCs).

· Solid understanding of Cash Flow Management and liquidity planning.

· Strong financial analysis and analytical skills.
