Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee quantity surveying activities for assigned projects.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and verify site measurements.
• Assess project variations and prepare supporting documentation.
• Prepare client payment applications and review subcontractor payment certificates.
• Maintain accurate records of quantities, variations, and commercial documentation.
• Monitor project progress and report commercial issues to management.
• Support the resolution of quantity-related disputes and claims.
• Mentor and develop junior Quantity Surveying Engineers.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications - External

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Project Controls.
• Proven experience in handling variations, claims, quantity take-offs, measurements, and payment processes.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, BOQs, and commercial project management.
• Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
