Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of telecommunication systems.
• Support operation and maintenance activities of telecom networks and equipment.
• Review telecom designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients during project execution.
• Prepare technical reports, test records, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
• Participate in site inspections and acceptance testing activities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in telecommunication systems, networks, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Fiber Optic Networks, Structured Cabling, Radio Communication Systems, Microwave Links, and Telecom Infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Good command of English; French is an advantage for projects in Burkina Faso.
