We Are Hiring: Junior Procurement Engineer

Project: CML1

Location: Downtown Cairo

Colas Rail is looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Procurement Engineer to join the CML1 Project team based in Downtown Cairo. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to build their expertise in procurement, supplier management, and project support within a major railway infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities for materials, equipment, and services required by the project.
• Assist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and preparing commercial comparisons.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and delivery of project requirements.
• Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
• Support vendor evaluation and supplier relationship management activities.
• Participate in market research and cost analysis initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or project environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
